Staff at this store is super friendly, helpful and professional. Not only they helped me in fixing an issue with the Windows10 Anniversary update in a timely and professional manner for no cost but when a week later I went in during peak hours asking their help for choosing my laptop they went above and beyond. Even thought they could not find a model suitable for my unique needs in their store they did recommend a model which I could find at another retailer - putting an end to my misery. Microsoft has been a trusty operational platform for me since the days of DOS - and with service like this I cannot see myself switching any time soon. Thanks to the great staff at this store for being such a great brand ambassadors.
