Were great to deal with when I had to put in a double glazed window with a cat door. Pricing was a bit more expensive than others, but they came around and sorted everythign out very quickly. One thing that I would have appreciated is for them to have left my old double glazed window in case I ever needed it again. They didn't ask, they just took it away (they lose half a star for that, and half a star for being mroe expensive than the competition).
