very unhappy with Matt and his removal company. They turned up on time and that the only good thing I have to say about him, I went to drop a load of small goods at new property and came back and he had left the job, the house was wide open, some furniture was in the garage with the door wide open onto the street. I phoned him and he said he had cut his hand moving a piece of furniture and now deemed the job to dangerous to complete . Leaving us with a whole house load of furniture to move. He never even phoned me to let me know what was happening. He was a complete tosser and very unprofessional. We were rescued by the amazing team at Sams Movers who I would highly recommend.
