Great service, easy to book. Lot of cars in town

After being informed it was a busy period I was told I would have a taxi arrive in 30-45 minutes, and that they would call me to notify me of the arrival. It is now 90 minutes later, and I have yet to receive any reply. Any time I would have saved from the hour (walk time) journey is now long gone. Needless to say, I'll be looking elsewhere for more reliable cabs next time.

Recently I booked a trip from St Heliers to the city centre. The driver came 20 minutes late, did not turn on the meter and didn't break whilst turning, meaning we almost careered into the side of the cliff on the left side of the bays, or the lane next to us with cars going in the opposite direction.
