It's never easy to renovate a house - let alone one in another city! It wasn't easy having to choose someone from Advertisements but the great reviews for Exposed Flooring helped in the decision making process.
I am really happy with the final outcome - the floors look absolutely beautiful. Unexpected repairs were necessary and Dave took time out of his weekend to meet me at the property and answer all questions.
The place was absolutely spotless upon completion.
Highly recommend choosing these guys.

Wow! Even though I had the floors sanded and polished 17 years ago and thought they looked great with the polyurethane, now they look incredible! This new water-based low sheen brings out the natural grain and the floors look like new. I honestly hadn't dseen the grain so clearly before.
The process and time involved was carefully explained.The dust was absolutely minimal and there was very little smell. Moving the furniture was the only painful part.
I would highly recommend this business.
