Disappointed when we visited on the weekend, the sales assistant was eating and playing on the computer. Only measuring when requested and retuning straight to her computer. Was hoping for more assistance in the correct stage of shoes for my son.

My boys love their Bobux shoes, super comfy and wear really well! The outlet store has good bargains, often bundle deals and special prices on factory seconds. Totally recommend these shoes for kids, very good quality.

Recently went to the Bobux warehouse sale and had a good look around. I'm not sure if I was too late, but the selection was pretty poor. As I was looking at the products on offer, I was thinking "these are unsold for a reason". In saying that, the sizes at the extremes - big and small - seemed to have some good gear. The mid-range stuff though was ordinary and I ended up not getting anything which was frustrating. Still, we have bought Bobux shoes before and they've been solid - if a little on the pricey side.

Staff are seriously lacking customer service skills but products are of high quality. One pair of Bobux shoes has lasted two kids and still going.

Bobux has been a household name for kiwi children for many years, the shoes last extremely well and you pay for what you get, beautiful styles. Great sales people willing to do the best by their customers, I have always had top service from Bobux.
