City Cake is expensive, but it is also one of the best cake stores in Auckland. Long before all the custom cake companies that exist today, City Cake made and still makes the best quality cakes. The best chocolate cake I have ever had - super rich and moist - was from City Cake. They also do online orders and delivery - very tempting not to get one every week.

Bought the lemon syrup cake for my friend's birthday. It is amazing and I got a voucher from Grabone so it was a good deal! They offer pickup at Level 3 and staff was very quick, responsive and easy to deal with!
