Col's Cobble Shoppe Ltd

After a couple of misguided attempts to resole my own shoes, I decided to seek professional help. Very pleased I did. After a bit of chin scratching, Colin agreed that the shoes could be resuscitated and for a bit less than I'd expected. He did a beautiful job (photo doesn't really do it justice), the new soles feel better than the originals, and I reckon I'll get a good couple of extra years. I've already taken another pair in. Brilliant!

Forget about all those rubbish chain shoe repair places: yes, you might luck in and find someone who knows what they're doing, but why chance it when you could just go to Col's and go to people who really know what their trade is. I've taken quite a few pairs of shoes here for various repairs, usually mostly heel replacements, and I've always been very happy with what the work they've done.
