      I am telling a 100%actual experience now, they delivered my parcel to the wrong place, and they know where it is, they said they cannot get the parcel back, and it is really weired they know where and when and who signed it but they cannot get parcel back. I am looking for my parcel by myself at the moment around holicks place, Randwick park of Auckland, when i asked we found that lots of neighbours they all have same situations recently, the courierpost delivered their parcel to the wrong place and never sort it out. I cannot trust this awful service and I call everyday the customer service never get helped too, always been told call me back but i never got a call from them since 1st June 2019.

      this is one of the best courier services avaliable NZ wide- the staff at this branch are freindly and helpful and the delivery team are amazing as well- recommend!
