Awesome location and reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff and management is very professional. It is very close to Eden Park stadium.

This Bed and breakfast is in a very convenient location( within 200m walking distance of Eden Park itself). The rooms are very comfortable with lots of ammenities although I did find an out of date chocolate bar. All round great service though!
