Groupon seems now become less flexible. having issue with prezzy card payment. customer service seems hard to deal with. lots of their deals just repeat every week.

Bought a cheap fitness tracker off them. Had a few initial issues getting it going which turned out to be my fault. Their online help was great. Offered me the choice of a refund including postage paid or sending me a new one. No need to send the old one back. In the end got it sorted and works fine. No complaints here.

Terrible customer service. They do not have any offices in NZ. It is all outsource in another country so you are dealing with a call centre that only follows a script and you can never have a real solution. You ask to talk to a manager but it does not help at all.
