Lack customer service and the right attitude, job done well but bad service, over promised and under delivered causing me to miss a planned ride for trip away over long weekend, which they new about, and all they had was excuses at best, a we don't care attitude at worst.

I dropped my bike in for a major rebuild, $400.00 quote, with the job to start after one week.
Even though I had agreed to putting the new gears etc in they did not order any parts until it was stripped down a week later and then it took 2 weeks to put back together. When I took it for a test ride it wasn't changing gear properly, I was told "This type is like that". Stood my ground and the guy adjusted it while I waited. Runs real nice now, but a 3 week wait when I was told they would work on it after one week, not good enough
