Lucky Rentals Limited

Very slow takes about 3mins to get to the airport to pick you up, maybe even longer. Hired a cheap car and it was very cheap and crappy car. When you get to lucky rentals the paper work is very slow so allow about 1hour all round. But the staff are nice.

We hired a cheap car from lucky. It was cheap and old. We booked an after hours pick up and didnt get sent the pick up information for the after hours number so had to wait till they opened. They said sorry sooo many times but weren't willing to take off the after hours fee. The paper work was slow so allow time for this. Driving staff were nice.

Have used them several times before. The price is very good. We were hoping the service had improved. It had not. The efficiency is terrible. Very long wait times. There are not enough staff on the desks and their systems of operation need refining. If you are prepared to wait up to several hours and don't mind an old car then this is a great place to hire from.

We booked here again for some reason. We waited 35 mins at the airport for the pick up van. Who did a drop off and almost left without us. Then we waited a further 1 and half hours in the office for our paper work to be done.
The staff are friendly and running around but there seems to be nothing going on anywhere else. There is no coffee to even have while you wait. At times long times there is no one anywhere.

Service was lovely, staff were young. There was a bit of a mix up, they said sorry alot. Easy to find. Parking is a little tight.
