      Had a parcel to collect from them since I was not at home when they came to deliver my parcel. They were very friendly and looked for my parcel quickly. Overall I think i spent about 2 min in the store.

      I agree by dealing with NZ Couriers that you will be dealt pretty fast and good. Have used a lot recently as been selling lot of second hand stuff and people have been happy with service. Few times had to pick items due to timings but no issue.

      I've always found NZ Couriers to be pretty good. Pretty fast and the one time a parcel went missing, they found it using the number from my receipt even though I didn't have tracking which was impressive.
