My mom had her 60th birthday at this hotel and the staff are all very accommodating . Food buffet we had was great and the room prices are very competitive. The good thing is my husband is accor member which is why we get some discounts on the food. Would definitely be back here.

Stayed here fo a conference. Brilliant location just a couple of stations from Acukland CBD. Food they served were amazing. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice and quite. I had very pleasant stay here

Stayed for a conference event, hotel staff awesome and event rooms comfortable in both size and temperature. Good variety of food choices, my room was clean but felt it was overpriced compared with other Novotel hotels I’ve stayed at.

Nice room, breakfast was really nice, had free parking and charging for electric cars.
