Worst transport service I'v ever experienced
I'v been working with them with my company for 4 years. The courier service is not bad to date. The transport one in the last 6 months has been a disaster. If you have a business that needs to ship large parcels on a pallet just stay away from them! Lately the quality of the service has collapsed. It takes them 2 to 3 weeks to deliver even a medium sized box. We shipped with them a pallet in early November and they didn't delivered it yet! But of course the billed it and it seems that we cannot even apply for a refund. They are just ridiculous. Stay away, worst transport and customer service I'v experienced in 30y+ of my career.

We have used PBT now for years - our local crew in Nelson are Fantastic - sadly like all other corporate penny saving moves they have transferred all calls to auckland - a 2 second phone call now leaves me on hold for 15 minutes or more just trying to sort a booking! Not impressed. Leave your good customer service alone and let your LOCAL branches answer their own calls.

Such average service. Parcel was with a courier and never turned up so i contacted the company to ask where it was and they said the driver had it but didn't go past my work that day so delivery so will delivery it the next day instead?? the customer service lady wasn't helpful either.

Very very SLOW. Had a package sent from Auckland to Wellington on 7 November. Still hasn't arrived. Online tool shows it didn't actually leave Auckland until 14 November and now stuck at the Wellington depot. Why oh why do businesses use PBT? It is a recipe for customer dissatisfactio.
