What Makes Us Different
My very expansive experience in the plumbing industry means that I can spend less time fault finding and repairing most jobs. I carry a wide selection of plumbing parts in a very well stocked van, so the majority of the time I can fix the job on the spot, unlike several other firms that then go away to get basic parts. I am also passionate about providing good quality service, so my people skills and communication I believe stand myself above my competitors. As I am a one man business, my name means everything to me. My world travels are expansive, and I speak some Japanese. Previously I advertised in the Korean news paper, so I am also familiar with the local Korean community. For many years I have also been the plumber at a full emersion Te Rao Maori speaking school. Previous plumbers were insensitive to the schools requirements. I have also worked in our rainbow community with many friends and several repeat customers.

I was recommended to call Dean when my hot water cylinder burst. He was incredibly authentic, kind and quick to come around and help. We were so happy with his thorough job. He installed a very efficient new hot water cylinder and even let us pay it off over a year. I have recommended him to lots of people. Thanks Dean
