      TOP JOB!!!!
      We are so impressed with the floorboards crew!! I cannot fault the top notch service or the amazing product!!
      Firstly, this was our first new build, so we didn't know anything about flooring. We received amazing advice from the Floorboards crew. They had a huge range of products to choose from and we were given excellent, practical information on all our options.

      We had a lot of hold ups in our build so we couldn't give Floorboards much notice and it was nearing Christmas! Other companies we approached told us they probably couldn't complete the job during the small window we had, as our house was being made inside a warehouse, so was running to a strict schedule. But the guys from Floorboards assured us that they would fit us in and they really came through!
      So we got a very competitive price AND expert workmanship all done within our very tight time frame!
      We have now moved into our beautiful home and have received so many comments about our gorgeous flooring!

      Very helpful until things don't go well. These guys have NO idea about customer service and do NOT back their products. They don't want to know!! I would NOT recommend this shop. Spent over $8000 on flooring and 8 months later I went to the shop to discuss some bad holes in the flooring. As I said - Zero help, Zero customer and they didn't want to know.

      Easily the best money i spent when renovating my house. Floors get a lot of use and buying quality from a great company who know what they are doing makes it worth the effort.
      The team not only measured and quoted promptly and priced well, the installation team turned up on time and finished the job professionally and left my house clean and with a beautiful new floor.
      The sales person then came back to check the job and showed me how to care for it.
      I sold the house around 5 years later (after having it as a rental for around 3 of those years) and the floors still looked in great condition.
      Really happy with the service, installation and advice i was given. I can't count the people I've recommend to use them and they will certainly be the first people i call when i am building or renovating another house in the Waikato.
      Thanx team. Having been in customer service for years myself, i really appreciate companies who offer great service behind a great product.

      I have had my flooring down for seven years and have not had any problems with it. The customer service from these guys was wonderful and they gave me instructions on exactly how to care for the floor. I have found that if you follow these instructions you should not have any trouble with it. The flooring is in my kitchen, dining room and bathroom, all high useage areas and it looks as good now as the day it was put down.. On occasion I have phoned them about a problem and have found them to be very helpful. I would recommend them very highly.

      We are really happy with our floorboards, which not only look amazing, but are also hard wearing and incredibly low maintenance. We have young children, and this product has been exactly what we needed. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price for such a great quality product. The customer service has been incredible. There was no hard sell from the sales guy, who simply provided us with all the information we asked for and then let the product speak for itself. After sales care has been just as great, any additional questions we have had about how to care for the floorboards have been answered almost instantly, and nothing is too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend these guys.
