I think that the other reviews are family of the owner or something because I had an awful experience. The plumber broke the toilet seat while installing a toilet. The company refused to replace it. Now 2 years later, I am replacing the rotten floor in my bathroom because the toilet was installed incorrectly creating a leak. Do not use this company.
