      Poor service and communication, also have to wait 30 plus minutes to talk to anyone. Most of the time it’s because they are on personal calls. Twice now I have been to papakura to be served as the manager has to sign off on account changes and the manager seems to be always out. Poor planning on 2 degrees and the staffs behalf.
