These guys are awesome. Bought a vacuum and steam mop and they were fab with there knowledge and recommendations. Ordered extra battery with no trouble and had a minor breakage of which they have sorted within 2 days and replaced under warranty. Could have had better service but have to be willing to pay the price in the first place.

was rather pleased when I went into this shop that they had the attachment I had looked for in other stores. Customer service was helpful and polite and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything else. Loads of options to choose from with this store as there is a machine for just about everything. Be careful and do your research with some of these models though.
