      The majority of the times ive used these guys I find their attitude towards clients to be very poor ie arrogant and obnoxious.

      Have just come from this establishment, where I'm afraid to say the boss, Mr Grant Muir, was rude and aggressive towards a very nice staff member for no apparent reason. His attitude towards his staff is appalling. When confronted by me about his aggression. he turned on me, resulting me having leave in disgust. If this is how he treats his staff in front of customers, I will not return.
