Great store easy to find parking and good service

I have just called in the Petone branch today due to an issue with my windscreen wiper that we replaced at the store about a month ago. The guy was very helpfull and was able to replace the part that was coming loose from a spares box they had in store - fantastic service.

This store is not only full to the brim with anything and everything you'll need in the auto/moto sphere, but they also have the most wonderful staff members. In the perfect case of normative determinism, I was served by the most helpful and friendly staff member on the weekend, and her name was 'Aroha' - meaning 'love'

Great store with lots of stock and very helpful staff. Popped in recently when I needed to change some filters and the staff member came out to the car and checked what I need to be sure i had the right thing.

I must congratulate the Manager Ron Taylor of Petone Repco for his excellent customer service when things went wrong for me. A Repco spray paint can got stuck ON and would not stop spraying. Paint was every where ,but Repco insisted on paying for professional cleaners to clean up the mess and then offered me some free goodies for my inconvenience. Thats excellent customer service in my book. Good on you Ron, 5 stars service.
