Happy with the work done but not the charge. Charged for 3 hrs labour but they wouldn't tell me how that was made up !!. With travel and work time, we should have been charged for 2 hours max. Also had one guy do the work and when was charged with another guys 'Kent's" labour. Nobody likes to be taken advantage of..

Great service and attention to detail

Had a great experience when I had my hot water cylinder replaced. Fast and efficient workers with the job done to a very high standard. Great experience.

It was nice to have the plumber turn up at the agreed time. It was a fast and efficient repair and the man was very polite. The cost was reasonable too, which made for an even better experience. I would recommend Justa Plumber for sure.

Very prompt. Did a good job finding and fixing a leak. Because our family was about to go on holiday, the plumber told us he would call around, each day, to ensure the leak had been sealed properly. Recommended.
