      Review to counter BjoernS. There is no record of Bjoerns movement within Mainfreight and after emailing to follow up a complaint he has still not replied. I question the validty his reviews/complaints if he is unwilling to reply back to a transport company willing to be proactive in remedying his poor experience to better our service to customers. The offer remains BjoernS.

      Unfortunately, I can not recommend Mainfreight in Whangarei, if a reliable transport is needed. We needed two sofas to be delivered and Mainfreight confirmed that they would be delivered on a certain day and within a timeframe. I made sure that I would be at home at this time but a delivery never happened. When we called them up they said that they would deliver three days later. A waste of time, never again.
